Selling A Falt in Alexandria

I & my brother have a flat in Alexandria not See view ..it is 4 rooms and 1 reception old contract ( 15L.E per months ) and we need to sell it the owner wants 70,000 L.E for him self to change the contract and we can take the same price ..
