real-estate to rent in Cairo, Egypt

My company is looking for real-estate to rent in Cairo, Egypt

I would like to know if the list is updated, and the property listed
is still available. I would appreciate to receive a reply for the
moderator in order to avoid embarrassement by going ahead and
contacting people.

I would also appreciate if members of the group would send me offlist
the characteristics of property available to them for rent in Cairo in
the range of 300 sq mts to be used as office space for a period of 5-9
years.

I am not a broker, neither is the company I work with into brokering
(we are seeking an office space for company use).
