Need buildings broker

I am looking for a small piece of land no more than 300cm2 to build a small villa on it, also i need it to be in the new compounds near Heliopolis and nasr city like El shrouk, eltagamo3 elkhames, ismaila road, etc...
Can any one know brokers or know someone can provide
me with this?
