Flat in Nasr City or Maadi

I am trying to find an apartment in Nasr City (and its suburbs as well), Zahraa El Maadi or El Sheikh Zayed. I can afford to pay up to 70 K L.E as a downpayment and up to 1800 L.E a month on installments. If anyone can help with the contacts of real estate development companies, financing companies or real estate brokers who can provide me with such apartments, I would be more than grateful.
