We would like to purchase an apartment in Cairo, preferably in Nasr City or Maadi. Our requirements are mainly to be:
1- At least 100 square meters
2- with 2 bathrooms
3- with a garden view preferably
4- a new building
5- with 2-3 rooms
6- with a well-formed reception
