Apartment in Maadi

Hello,
I am looking for an apartment in Maadi. My best scenario is an apartment of:
Area: 200 (should be three bedrooms)
Price: 250,000-300,000
If you know of any "company" apartments available in good locations. If
any on instalments, will be great as well. Pease let me know.
The most important thing is to be in a quiet street, no traffic,
microbus, or schools.
