I have a 868 sq meter in Elyasameen 1 area. It has the building permit for a villa like structure, but actually it is 3 story building with basement. Ready to build a villa and 4 apartments within the building. I live in US and don't have the ability to be there to follow the construction so I'm for the sale. Anyone interested?

I sold this land in 2005. I own another piece of land 3,000 SM on the Alex-Cairo desert HWY. few min. from the new museum complex and on the HWY directly with 60 m front and 50 m depth. The land is located just before Sami Sa3d office building (IBM building). I had approval from the government to build a hotel.

You can't claim that you sold this land in 2005. It is my own land and I still own it. Not only that, but I'm building it in the time being.
It is not ethical to use my ad to promote your sale for another lot. You can create your own ad.
Now, I'm selling 5 unites in the building.
Each unite is 275 m2.
4 bedrooms ( including master BR),
3 bathrooms,
and huge reception area.
Unites will be ready in 8 month.
