I am considering relocating to Alex , i had a nice flat in Degla, Maadi , 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living-room overlooking a garden..
I am hoping to sell it by the end of July 2007

My flat is on the 1st floor , overlooking a garden .. There is a project on for an elevator but it isn't needed . Street is busy yet cosy ..Each building has a little garden in front of it .
