Value of land in Ahmed Orabi

AM living in Germany and I am plaing to sell my land in Egypt. It is 8 feddanat ahmed orabi. it is near gero land and the "3obur market" I would love to know if anyone knows the prices or if anyone can suggest me how to sell it . As i said, am not living in Egypt and I dont wanna lose money. Thnx to ALL yours
