Apartment in Maadi

Having been in Cairo now for nearly four years I think I have decided to settle and so would like to buy an apartment. I am looking for a three bed apartment in Degla preferably and my budget is 250,000 - 280,000 LE.

Do any of you have any pointers as to where I can go or who I can contact to start looking and seeing some places?
