Flat in Degla, Maadi - Cairo, Egypt

I have a cosy flat in Degla, maadi ( old Nirco ).. Close to Electronic Land , a few minutes away from CAC .

I would like to rent it to foreigners or some locals who would treat it right.
The flat is great for a couple., Thanks for helping me rent it - maybe sell it too !!
