Apartments and agents in Manyal, Egypt

I am currently looking to buy an apartment, and have narrowed my search down to Manyal and El-Mounira. Does anyone know any simsars that deal with these areas for an apartment up to 100,000LE.

In addition, does anyone know any engineer/inspector who can be hired to inspect an apartment before purchase.
