I want to sell my flat in Alexandria:It includes a reception 3 parts(12x3,5 m) and 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms.
Its address is 8 Mohamed Pasha Mohsen, Ganaclis, nearby from Abou Kir street.
It is in the 10th floor, last floor as well but with a good isolated attic.

I have a piece of land 1000m2 on the red sea directly in Kousair- Hurghada.
30 mins driving from Hurghada. Its directly facing the beach from one side and the main road from the other side. I have not issued the liscence yet. Who ever is intrested can issue it with whatever they wish hotel/commercial shops/bazars/renting compound for hurghada emploee.
