Needed: An apartment in Cairo

We would like to purchase an apartment in Cairo, in a central location: Downtown (Abdeen, Elfalaki ...), el Dokki, el Behoos, el Manial, el Rodah, Zamalek. It should be:

- at least 100 qm
- not on a main street!
- airy and sunny
- balcony
- 2 bathrooms
- preferred: old style building (well maintained and clean)

I wonder if anyone can help us find such an apartment.

Besides, I would like to get information about whether there is some good Egyptian real estate websites, how I can check the "accuracy" of the asked price and the "legal status" of the apartment.

The family of a friend of mine has established a great project of selling small agricultural areas that belong to a project called Rose valley.
