Flat for sale in Alexandria

I want to sell my flat in Alexandria:It includes a reception 3 parts(12x3,5 m) and 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms.
Its address is 8 Mohamed Pasha Mohsen, Ganaclis, nearby from Abou Kir street.
It is in the 10th floor, last floor as well but with a good isolated attic.
It is fully finished but needs to be painted in some parts of the flat.
The Kitchen is Kashamonium, i can leave it as well as 1 A/C in the living room.
The building is a normal average one built in 1998.

I want to sell it to move to Cairo. Selling price is 210,000 LE. By the way, flat prices are crazy now in Alexandria due to restrictions on the new buildings
