Al Tagamoaa Al Khames

I am looking for a land in New Cairo "Tagmoaa Al Khames, I want to know what's the good location there, the price level, and if there is any opportunity to acquire land on credit basis. somebody told me that he has a land in place called "Al Kornfol", he wants LE 265,000 over the paid amount of LE 50,000. But I feel it is a
very high price. I don't know if this is place is good or not, I prefer a place in "Al Yasmin" if it is available.

My family and I will be returning to Egypt for one month summer

10 days. I am totally unable to find any clue on how to get any
rental postings in Marina. Being the wonderful community you all

Needed: An apartment in Cairo

We would like to purchase an apartment in Cairo, in a central location: Downtown (Abdeen, Elfalaki ...), el Dokki, el Behoos, el Manial, el Rodah, Zamalek. It should be:

- at least 100 qm
- not on a main street!
- airy and sunny
- balcony
- 2 bathrooms
- preferred: old style building (well maintained and clean)

I wonder if anyone can help us find such an apartment.

Besides, I would like to get information about whether there is some good Egyptian real estate websites, how I can check the "accuracy" of the asked price and the "legal status" of the apartment.

Do you have a recommendation for real estate agencies?
