owning a private farm land

The family of a friend of mine has established a great project of selling small agricultural areas that belong to a project called Rose valley.

It's a very big farm, that is divided into many sub farms, that start with 4000 meters for the piece of land, and it costs around 40 L.E for the meter.

My roommate and I have an apartment up for sublease for this summer, if you know anyone interested or wanting to take a look at it. The address is 10 Maraashli, Apartment 17, fourth floor, Zamalek.
