My roommate and I have an apartment up for sublease for this summer, if you know anyone interested or wanting to take a look at it. The address is 10 Maraashli, Apartment 17, fourth floor, Zamalek. It is a spacious yet comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double door kitchen, 2 living areas, 1 dining room, 2 balconies (one connects two bedrooms and has a double entrance to both) and stair area for trash collection.
Additionally, there is air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms, washing machine, and is fully furnished. The rent is 3000LE a month, with bawaab and building cleanup, its about 3100LE, and the location is 100 meters or less from the dorms, side by side on Maraashli by the church (2 buildings down). Lastly, there is a garage for parking or for visitors.

Our lease is up on June 1st, and because we are spending our summers abroad from Egypt, we are looking to find someone (anyone really, lol) to sublease it. We're coming back on September 1st as well with the intention to move back in.
Also there is another graduate student of AUC who is looking to sublease her apartment for the summer as well. She is located in the same building as us at 10 Maraashli Street, 3rd floor, apartment 11. Her apartment has 1 bathroom, one kitchen with single entry, a living room and a dining room, and 2 bedrooms. There are no balconies, but there is air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. Washing machine equipped, and back stairwell also for trash collection. Because of the size, the aprtment is up for 1750LE for the summer.
